Taking Their T-Shirts & Making Them Yours: New As Worn By’s In Store!

This week’s been busy for us – we’ve got four new “As Worn By…” t-shirts just waiting for you to check out, all from the world of music!

KILL YOUR IDOLS – As Worn By Axl Rose of Guns n’ Roses

It’s 1992. You’re about to rock Wembley Stadium which is packed full of screaming fans, waiting for you to blast out all your mega hits. Now, what to wear… got it. Short shorts, flannel jacket wrapped around your waist, a UK-clad leather jacket and a white t-shirt with Jesus on saying “Kill Your Idols”.

Perhaps not quite our mix-n-match selection, but we do love a celebrity who’s not afraid to push some buttons – and Axl Rose of Guns n’ Roses (who we welcome to our website with this product!) certainly did that with this t-shirt!

If you’re looking for a good Halloween costume (sorry Ax man, we do love you really!), and this t-shirt’s the missing item – worry no more, as we’ve got it in store!

THE SHANGRI-LAS – As Worn By Terry Hall of The Specials

Perhaps not quite the combination you’d expect – a two-tone ska lead singer wearing a shirt of a rebellious pop group, but that’s what we got when The Specials’ frontman Terry Hall was snapped wearing this design featuring three of the four members of The Shangri-Las (best known for their biggest hit “Leader of the Pack” [Include your own motorbike revving noises here]). A very colourful design mixing red, yellow and sky blue on the white t-shirt, and is available as a t-shirt, slim fit, and vintage wash (including a slim fit vintage wash too)!

Keith Head Patti Smith

KEITH RICHARDS FACE – As Worn By Patti Smith

In 1977, Patti Smith wrote a poem for the Rolling Stones member called “Wreath” – but this wasn’t the only thing Patti did in relation to Keith. She also sported a t-shirt with his face on it as well!

This new design is available in men’s t-shirt and women’s slim fit. And doesn’t come stretched by Patti herself. It will fit perfectly fine when you get it!

H Block Joe Strummer

From The Clash’s music video “Tommy Gun”, Joe Strummer wears this “H Block” t-shirt, available to purchase now!

H BLOCK – As Worn By Joe Strummer of The Clash

Here’s a design based on Joe’s strong beliefs, to support the H-Block protests which took place in 1976 in Northern Ireland, following the British taking away the political status of IRA “prisoners”.

It was seen in the music video for The Clash’s 1978 singleĀ Tommy Gun. He had the idea for the song based on real-life events, “when he was thinking about terrorists, and how they probably enjoyed reading about their killings as much as movie stars like seeing their films reviewed”.

For Strummer and Clash fans, this new design is available on a t-shirt, slim fit and vintage wash style for both t-shirts.

There’s hundreds of “As Worn By” style shirts to be found from a variety of celebrities, so why not find your new favourite today?
