• The Mod movement was a phenomenon that took England by storm in the early sixties. This colourful subculture had its immaculately manicured roots in music and fashion. Exponents of the movement were termed Modernists because of their obsession with modern Jazz. Mmm, smooth.
• The humble scooter, particularly the Vespa, is often associated with Mod culture, as is soul, ska, R&B, funny haircuts and sharply tailored suits.
• The most famous Mods of them all were arguably The Jam whose smash hit The Modern World inspired this very design. Frontman Paul Weller is still going strong and is often affectionately referred to by his fans as the Modfather.

If you need your order in a hurry we offer a next day service by courier to mainland Britain. The order cut off for this service is 2PM. All orders placed on a Friday after 2PM will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please note that no deliveries are made on UK Bank Holidays. This service is also available to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands; however your order may take an extra day to be delivered to these destinations.
