Kookie (As Worn By Morrissey, The Smiths) Womens Slim Fit T-Shirt

Lend me your comb! This design worn by The Smiths' lead singer Morrissey paid tribute to Edd Byrnes, and his character from the late 50's-early 60's TV show 77 Sunset Strip, "Kookie". Known for constantly combing his hair, Byrnes would even have a novelty single based upon this! Having led a life of massive TV and film appearances (including in the massively successful Grease), Byrnes would pass away aged 87 in January 2020. Morrissey, Smiths or even an Edd Byrnes fan, this Kookie design is perfect to remember this legend of the screen!
